Ben Tolpin, Registered AMFT

ASSOCIATE CLINICIAN

Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, breakups or divorce, life transitions, ADHD, men’s issues, or career struggles, I’m here to help. I especially enjoy working with couples—helping partners deepen connection, improve communication, and navigate conflict with greater empathy and understanding. I'm trained in the Gottman Method for couples counseling and in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for treating Acute Stress Disorder, grief, and loss.

Raised in Delaware and later living in the culturally rich cities of New York and Los Angeles, I bring a dynamic background from decades in the entertainment industry. This experience has deepened my understanding of the uncertainty and pressure that often come with creative and demanding careers.

I earned my Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University and trained at The Center for Professional Counseling in North Hollywood. I’m passionate about self-development and committed to ongoing personal and professional growth so I can better support my clients.

Using a strength-based approach, I tailor therapy to your unique needs. With an emphasis on narrative theory, we’ll explore your inner world, embrace vulnerability, and build resilience. Together, we’ll work to break negative patterns, improve relationships, and move you toward meaningful, lasting change.
