As a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, I work with individuals and couples seeking healthier, more fulfilling relationships with themselves and with one another. Grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy and attachment-based models, I take a client-centered, IFS-informed approach to helping clients better understand their emotions, patterns, and needs.
In my work with individuals, I often help clients navigate internal conflict, self-doubt, relationship anxiety, and life transitions through a parts-work lens. Together, we work to understand conflicting parts of the self and move forward with greater clarity and self-trust.
With couples, I help partners understand the patterns they get stuck in and communicate with greater openness and vulnerability, particularly when difficult conversations or conflict tend to be avoided. I am also passionate about helping clients explore intimacy, sexuality, and physical connection within their relationships.
I am an LGBTQ+ affirming and sex-positive therapist and welcome clients across diverse identities and relationship structures, including polyamorous and ethically non-monogamous relationships.
As part of my continued professional growth, I participate in weekly supervision with practice owner and EFT supervisor Michelle Cantrell, LPCC. I am trained in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy by ICEEFT and continue to pursue learning opportunities to deepen my clinical skills.
